The Accounting Manager/Controller will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day financial operation of our organization. This position is responsible for financial accounting including monthly close processes, A/R & A/P, payroll, coordinating various operational tasks, and administrative support to other functions. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of multitasking effectively.
As a Controllership Analyst, you will be part of the Controllership area, focused on Brazillian demands. You will actively participate in accounting closing, mainly analyzing cash, cash equivalent, intercompany transactions, deposits and guarantees, fixed assets, financial results and other balance sheet areas. You will identify processes for improvement and propose corrective action, support the team during the auditing processes and communicate with different internal areas.
The Business Controller will oversee the accounting and finance operation for the Connectivity & Products line of business for North America, being responsible for the overall internal financial management, including accounting, budgeting and forecasting, payments and cash management, and the development or adherence to the country/regional policies and procedures. The Business Controller is also expected to assist operations by partnering with the business.
